My journey to liberation and healing
My path into psychic teaching and intergenerational liberation was born through lived transformation, not theory alone. I was raised within environments plagued by generational trauma, emotional survival patterns, spiritual disconnection, and the lingering effects of systemic oppression on the mind, body, family structure, and nervous system. As an eldest daughter, mother, veteran, survivor turned thriver, artist, and healer, I began recognizing how pain, fear, silence, abandonment, and inherited beliefs repeat themselves through bloodlines until someone consciously interrupts the cycle.
Through my own healing journey, I experienced profound awakenings involving intuition, dream symbolism, energetic sensitivity, body awareness, ancestral reflection, emotional alchemy, and the connection between the subconscious mind, cellular memory, and behavior patterns passed through generations. I realized healing was not only emotional — it was intercellular, spiritual, environmental, and communal.
Integrating science, spirituality, and lifestyle
I became devoted to studying the relationship between cognitive enlightenment, nervous system regulation, nutrition, movement, spirituality, creativity, and community care. Over time, I began integrating ancestral wisdom, holistic wellness, epigenetic education, breathwork, mindfulness, sound healing, movement therapy, and spiritual insight into one liberating framework designed to help individuals and families reconnect with their authentic selves.
My work focuses heavily on children, parents, and communities because I believe liberated adults create liberated environments for future generations. I teach people how to identify inherited patterns, reclaim their voice, nourish their vessel, regulate emotions, strengthen intuition, and build healthier emotional and spiritual foundations for themselves and their offspring.
Our core message: Restoration and empowerment
The vision eventually expanded into my larger mission: creating spaces, teachings, courses, books, gatherings, and healing experiences through my movement, Children of the Truth and The Land of Truth, where people can experience restoration, creativity, safety, self-love, and community uplift in practical everyday ways.
My approach combines grounded wellness education with spiritual awareness, empowering people to heal both the seen and unseen layers of their lives while remembering their innate worth, wisdom, and creative power.
